Tupelo Aquatic Club

 

The Aquatics Division of the Tupelo Parks and Recreation operates three seasonal outdoor aquatic facilities and one year round facility.

Seasonal Facilities

Season runs June 2 - August 1, 2008

Admission is $2.00 for swimmers and non-swimmers.

Hours of operation for Summer Session:
May 24 - August 10,2008
Monday - Saturday 12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday  1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Hours of operation for Fall/Winter/Spring Session:
Weekends only
Saturday   12:00 noon - 6:00 p.m.

Pools may be closed during swim meets or other special events/activates.

Aquatic Facility Policies

  • Note:  Children 11 years and under must be accompanied by a paying adult (16 years or older) at all facilities.

  • Children in diapers are required to wear either a lil' swimmer diaper or plastic pants over their diaper per Health Department Regulations.

  • Outside food and drinks may not be brought into the aquatic facilities without permission from the Aquatics Director.  (Water excluded)

  • Proper swim attire must be worn at all times.  Street clothes, such as t-shirts, cut-off shorts, mesh shorts, leotards, underwear, etc. may not be worn in the pool.

  • Patrons exiting the facility must pay to re-enter the facility.

  • Only coast guard approved floatation devices may be used in the pool.  (No rafts, water rings or inflatable toys)

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere within the aquatic facility.

  • The aquatic staff reserves the right to dismiss any patron not abiding by facility rules, acting in an unsafe manner, or inhabiting the enjoyment of other patrons.

  • Patrons are asked to review more specific rules posted at each facility.
