  Your donation of a check must be made out to Create Foundation - Presly Wallace, Jr. Soccer Scholarship Fund.  Please mail to Create Foundation, Inc, P. O. Box 1053, Tupelo, MS  38802.  The scholarship will allow kids in the area who cannot afford soccer expenses, to play soccer both recreational or select.
